Karen Van Blarcum has been working in Telecommunications for over 10 years. Working with both hardware and software development, Ms. Van Blarcum has experience with Call Recording, Unified Communications, and Network Management solutions.

In her present role, Ms. Van Blarcum is responsible for the following:

PBX Integrations, CTI, IVR, VoIP, SIP, H.323, ISDN, CRM, CTI, Call Recording, Unified Communications, Remote Network management, JAVA, C++, Network Architecture, Network Management (OA&M), Database integrations & maintenance
Hardware and Software development; including Agile development practices as well as working with offshore developers.

Product Development

Ms. Van Blarcum recognized that existing technology (enabling tools for VoIP call recording applications) can be morphed into a new product - enabling tools for VoIP Quality of Experience applications. From 1998 to present, Ms. Van Blarcum developed a clear and decisive migration path for a successful launch of new technology.
